Your customers can only redeem their points at the kiosk. At the time of their check-in, your customers see their accumulated points and a list of rewards for your business. All rewards available to the customer are shown in green. Any reward showing in green can be redeemed by touching it. Your customer can then show the redemption code to the closest employee on the screen or show them the SMS receipt of the redemption.
