Tags are a great way for you to capture the visits of your customers under a specific keyword or under a set of keywords. For example, if you want to capture your customer visits on Canada Day under that keyword, then you will set up a tag on your kiosk and all customers who check-in will be tagged with Canada Day. 


Tags are also a great way for you to keep track of your customer check-ins if you have kiosks at multiple locations that are all working under the same channel. 


The important thing to remember is that you have to remember to delete a tag once you do not want further customer check-ins to be tagged with that keyword.
